We regularly challenge ourselves to excel, think critically and act confidently. Open discussions happen frequently across the team regardless of role. The only requirement is that we keep an open mind so that we are always ready to learn and innovate. It is very common to find our team out together celebrating milestones or just enjoying one another's company.
