Brad believes that successful businesses are the product of great people, hard work and focused execution. With this attitude, Brad has played an integral role defining the Nspire Innovation Network as a member of the founding team. This passionate entrepreneur was instrumental in the growth of Loose Button, an international fashion e-commerce business, seeing the company through from concept to revenue generation. Currently, Brad is a driving force behind the Business Development team at high-tech mobile strategy and product development firm, Xtreme Labs. In his role Brad sells to many of North America's largest brands in the telecom, banking, healthcare and media sectors, fuelling the company's rapid expansion. Brad has been a risk-taker since day one. Before entering the world of start-ups, he worked for an engineering consulting firm where he performed a site investigation on the exterior of Canada's tallest building while hanging from a swing stage over 950 feet in the air! Yasmin is a 4th year Industrial Engineering student at the University of Toronto specializing in Operations Research. Co-founding Nspire and Chairing NBTC’11 are two of the best things she has ever done in her life. As a board member, she is really excited to focus on expanding and strengthening Nspire’s international presence through various partnerships and initiatives. She recently finished a one-year internship at ZS Associates followed by an internship at NUS in Singapore. In the future she hopes to leverage her quantitative background and her interest in business to create and apply elegant solutions to many of the world’s toughest problems. She likes (obsessed) fashion, art and interior design, traveling, snowboarding and playing the cello.

Wayne is a big believer in helping young people achieve their potential. He has been in the pursuit of this ever since high school. As SVP of Nspire, he helped create new initiatives to support a growing innovation community in Toronto. Today, Wayne continues to use his experience to cultivate and develop young leaders as a member of Nspire’s Board of Directors. Educated in UI design and process optimization, Wayne has a curiosity for business which has taken him from Social Media to his role as Director of Technology and Logistics at a fast-growing startup called Loose Button.
